Who doesn’t love free shipping?
At community lighting, we try our best to extend to our customers free shipping. If we are able to secure free shipping from the manufacturer, It's passed along. Most manufacturers, but not all, have free freight/shipping on purchases over $499. We are working with all our manufacturers to lower the costs of shipping.
Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, and subsequent supply chain issues, freight costs have skyrocketed. Shortages of truckers, product, and even trucks themselves, have put a burden on freight costs.
Some of our manufacturers have raised freight allowances to $3000, $4000, and sometimes even $5000. Those manufacturers are not included in our free shipping over $499 promo.
We try as best as we can to defray those costs, and we will keep on improving in what we can.
